Dutch Marquetry Inlaid Folding Card Table
Dutch marquetry fold over and collapsing corner card table. The triangular shaped top is profusely inlaid with marquetry tulips and scrolling leaves and stems set within boxwood stringing with entwined leaves. The hinged top opens to reveal a baize lined interior.The table is raised on four square tapering legs with some further marquetry flowers. One hinged leg opens to allow the table to fit a corner and two hinged legs can open form a square games table.This attractive games table can be easily folded away, set in the corner of a room or left open as a square table. Condition- Very good with vibrant colours to the marquetry. The woods including mahogany, oak, walnut, boxwood and stained sycamore. Open Dimensions:- Card Table Height…29’’/ 73.5cm.
