A beautiful original oil painting on canvas of an Italian peasant girl with headscarf and gold earrings. It is beautifully painted and signed bottom left Forlenza, which I assume is Eduardo Forlenza. The painting dates to around 1900 and is presented in it’s original ebonised frame. The painting is 30.5cm x 19.5cm and the frame is 35cm x 23.5cm.

Condition.
The condition is good. The painting would benefit from a light clean. There is some craquelure to the surface. There is the shadow of the stretcher showing slightly. There are a couple of tiny areas of paint loss.

We have a 14 day return policy. We accept returns if item is not as described or generally you are not happy with the item, buyer to pay return postage. Full refund of purchase price on safe return minus postage costs. This is only available within 14 days of receipt of the item.
