Early 19th.c. oak chest of drawers c.1810. Solid oak top with original applied thumb moulded edge over two short drawers and three long drawers of graduated depth. Oak drawer fronts with mahogany crossbanding and fine turned and ebonised knobs. Oak sides, ash drawer linings, shaped moulding around the bottom edge and retaining the original shaped bracket feet. Lovely mellow colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
