Useful early 19th.c. secretaire chest of drawers c.1830. Appearing as a standard chest of five drawers, fold down the top two to reveal a fitted bureau interior of ten drawers and various pigeon holes, with three full sized drawers below as well as a hidden drawer above. Solid mahogany throughout, with original water gilt handles and boxwood stringing, all raised on splayed feet with a shaped apron to the front and sides. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops, key supplied.
