Early 20th Century Invalid Chair
An early 20th century invalid chair with cane seat & back.
The label on the back denotes the maker "Carters (J & A) Ltd, Invalid antique furniture makers, 125/9 Gt. Portland Street, London W1. By appt. to HM King George V
The wood faux mahogany, stained pine.
Condition...
Caning has small damage to seat (see photographs)
Staining to the pine frame has worn in places, especially the footrest.
The front wheels do not move, we are not sure if this is on purpose as some form of brake to stop the chair rolling away!!
There are signs of old worm but we have re-treated to be on the safe side.

Sending parcels abroad we use parcel2go, we always fully insure each parcel and use signed for delivery.

RETURNS...
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is not as described or broken in transit.
However, if you just simply change your mind and there is nothing wrong with the item then we do not accept returns.
