Narrow early 20th.c. French semainier chest of drawers c.1920. So called because it has seven drawers, one for each day of the week, ideal for clothes, accessories or even filing. Just 17½″ wide, kingwood veneers with the original marble top with shaped and moulded edge. Over seven drawers with inlaid floral detail and original ormolu handles. Ormolu mounts to the shoulders and feet. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
