Early 20thC Oak, Arts and Crafts, Bookcase
A stunning piece of antique furniture dating from the Early 20thC in a typical Arts & Crafts style.
Probably German, this heavy oak piece has side by side bookcases each with 4 adjustable shelves.
The central slightly breakfront section has two top drawers, one with a pull down front, above a cupboard with 3 adjustable shelves.
The solid brass hardware is very arts and crafts in design. The bevelled edged windows of the bookcases I have been told are more common in German furniture than English antique furniture.
Condition...
There are signs of wear and tear. The pull down drawer has a good repair to the front.
The handles of the central cupboard have losses. Please see pictures for more detail.
At some time during it's life, someone has added a new base and added castors (vintage kenrick shepherd).

RETURNS...
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is not as described or broken in transit.
