Early 20thC Oak Tambour Fronted Filing Cabinet
A lovely early 20thC oak tambour fronted filing cabinet.
This has spent it's life in a doctors surgery, the top had been covered in formica for easy cleaning and the original dark finish showed lots of use.
We have stripped the old dark finish by hand to reveal a beautiful light oak and then waxed.
The top unfortunately still bears the scars where they scratched the surface for the glue when covering it in formica, but again we have stripped this and waxed it and it's come up OK.
Inside there are 8 pull out filing shelves/drawers.There is one slide out shelf missing but then I suppose this then allows you to use one shelf as a book shelf as you will have extra height.
It all sits comfortably on it's original metal castors for easy manoeuvrability. The key is original.
Note, when turning the key to lower the tambour front, keep hold of the handle to stop the tambour noisily dropping down!

Sending parcels abroad we use parcel2go, we always fully insure each parcel and use signed for delivery.

RETURNS...
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is not as described or broken in transit.
However, if you just simply change your mind and there is nothing wrong with the item then we do not accept returns.
