Ebonised And Inlaid Glazed Bookcase
Very decorative and well proportioned late 19th century English ebonised and inlaid pier cabinet or bookcase with brass mounts and original glass door, also working lock and key.
The interior has been lined with a teal baize to lighten it for display. The shelves can be removed if you just need one rather than two.
(There is a second cabinet available that is extremely close, but not quite a pair, so do get in touch if you are interested in two!)

38 1/2 inches or 98 cm high
31 1/4 inches or 79.5 cm wide
11 1/2 inches or 29 cm deep
8 inches for 20 cm shelf depth Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
