A 9.5inch/24cm dia plate in the Heartsease pattern designed by Edward Bawden for Wedgwood. This stunning design was only made available for use by upper class passengers on the Orient Line from 1952. In very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Just a few light utensil marks to the surface visible when viewed close up and held to the light. Has a lovely ring when tapped.
