Edwardian Conversation Seat (newly upholstered)
This attractive conversation seat dates from c.1910. It is round with a central tapering upright in the centre. It would originally have been a hall seat in a grand hall of a large house. The seat has been recently professionally reupholstered in a grey fabric. The piece has a sprung seat. It is supported on plastic and metal castors, which are not original and probably date from the mid-twentieth century.
Condition: Overall this handsome piece is in good usuable condition. The upholstery has been recently and professionally done and is in excellent condition.
