A fine example of a mid Edwardian solid mahogany chest of drawers.
Featuring a traditional two over three design, the desk still features all of its original swan handles and brass lock escutcheons.
It has a lovely chequered ebony and boxwood stringing to each drawer.
The chest is in superb condition for its age, and we believe that it would have originally been part of a large bedroom suite.
All drawers run smoothly, but unfortunately, there is a small amount of fading to the front of one drawer.
This is still an excellent piece of quality antique furniture.
