An elegant antique Edwardian mahogany and inlaid jardinière or plant stand dating from circa 1905. In a Sheraton Revival design, it has serpentine shaped sides, in mahogany with ebonised borders with boxwood line inlay, and chequer banding. It is raised on tapering square section splay legs which are united by a shaped under tier.

In good condition with marks commensurate with age. No liner to inside. Beautiful patina and colour to mahogany.
