Edwardian Mahogany Bureau, c.1910
This is an antique, Edwardian bureau dating to c.1910.
Raised on bracket feet this compact bureau is finished in a deep, russet mahogany with good graining and consistent colour.
The locking fall is decorated with an inlaid conche motif and framed with a boxwood band. Opening the fall reveals a series of six cubbies and two drawers in oak backing a generous and sturdy desk.
The three oak lined drawers beneath are also banded in boxwood and benefit from attractive, solid brass, drop handles.
A super compact bureau delivered, waxed, polished and ready for the home.
