Absolutely stunning Edwardian inlaid demi lune inlaid card table. The top has segmented mahogany veneers. The top is profusely inlaid with roses, swags and bellflowers.
Most of this marquetry is in hare-wood which is dyed sycamore.
It is cross banded again with ribbon and floral decoration.
The frieze also has stunning complimentary marquetry all round.
It stands on four tapering legs with bellflower inlay terminating with a block foot. The back left leg folds out to support the top when open revealing the original baize lining with gilt border. This is a top quality Sheraton revival piece of antique furniture.
