A magnificent antique Edwardian music cabinet in Mahogany dating from circa 1905. In richly figured carved mahogany, it comprises 5 drawers which drop down when opened to allow sheet music/papers to be stored. The drawers have their original attractive gilt brass handles and it stands on shapely cabriole legs united by a fancy fretwork x-stretcher. A really stylish piece with strong Rococo influence to its styling. A useful item that would make a great music cabinet, collectors chest, hall unit or filing cabinet.

Good condition , with good colour and patina. General wear and marks commensurate with age. An old mend to the delicate fretwork uniting the legs.
