Edwardian Music Cabinet. Document Chest
This is a late Victorian / Edwardian Sheet Music Cabinet or Office document chest.
Nice quality and in very good original condition. The cabinet is made in solid walnut and of panelled construction, standing on small bun feet.
It has 10 shallow drawers, each with their original handles, finely cut hardwood linings and hinged drawer fronts.
As the drawers are pulled forward, the fronts drop down to reveal trays with shaped fronts to allow easy access for sheet music or document files. These are all hinged with their original stones patent mechanisms
Each shelf is 28cm deep, by 38.5cm wide, by 7cm high

Width: 53 centimetres
