A superb solid oak inlaid continental armchair/desk chair. Probably German or Austrian and made in the 1920s. The face wood and compass ebony and Boxwood inlay are in great condition and the chair has no wobbles or loose joints. The upholstered frame although not newly recovered is in near perfect condition and has a generous deep, wide and comfortable seat and the whole chair is ready for the sitting room, drawing room or as a comfortable desk chair.
