Edwardian Scrolled Cast Iron & Wooden Garden Bench
This lovely antique garden bench dates from c.1905. It has cast iron supports and wooden slats. It has a nice shape, but is in need of some restoration work.
Condition: The bench is in need of some restoration work. It has the wear consistent with age and use that might be expected of a piece of antique garden furntiure that has spent many years outside. Some of the wooden slats have some rotting and require repair or replacement, and the paintwork is heavily flaked and worn. One of the slats is missing completely and the others are probably not original and do not match. The metal parts have some rusting and are misshapen in places. One of the metal uprights has a loose bolt.
