Elegant Satinwood Dressing Table
This is a very decorative and elegant dressing table, but also very practical with its proportions and storage space. Made in satinwood with a simple ebony band of stringing running throughout the dressing table and some very pretty and original painted decoration to the mirror stand and the top of the mirror itself.
The dressing table has double bow front drawers with a single central drawer below the table top surface, but also has these two lovely glass display boxes which is a nice touch. The interior of these two display boxes has probably the original brushed velvet lining which I will can be changed if you prefer as they are showing signs of their age!
Standing on very fine tapered legs with ebony string and the original brass castors.
The condition is good throughout the dressing table, good solid frame and the drawers all running well. Original brass handles and their locks, but I will try and locate a suitable key as the originals are gone.

62 3/4” or 159.5cm total height
45” or 114.5cm wide
21 1/4” or 54cm deep
31” or 79cm table top height
24 3/4” or 63cm kneehole height
9” or 23cm side drawers height
3 1/2” or 9cm middle drawer height Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
