This is a table top brass magazine rack, it is set on to an Oak base, the 3 sets of brass rails have a curved shape and it stands ob turned brass feet
The rack is in good and very attractive condition, beneath there is a makers stamp W.T & son with a smiling sun stamped

The stand is 15” tall, the wooden base is 13” long and 7” deep
