Elgin Silver Open Face Pocket Watch - USA 1920

A silver Elgin open face keyless wind pocket watch, made in USA in the 1920’s.

Dial: The white enamel dial has black Arabic numerals with outer minute divisions. The dial has nice blued hands and a subsidiary second’s dial at the six. The dial is signed: ELGIN.

Movement: The high-grade anchor lever movement has 15 jewels. The movement has a high regulator and fully screwed jewels. The movement is signed: "15 Jewels, Elgin Natl Watch Co, USA " and numbered: 11078726. The movement is in great working condition however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique watch.

Case: The open face pocket watch lies in a silver case with an engine turned finish and a monogram free cartouche. The inner side of the case is signed: "Fred & Taylor, Keystone Watchcase, Sterling" and numbered: 4187794.
