An 1856 pattern bayonet complete with its brass mounted scabbard. Bayonet is a untouched sleeper and all the steel fittings are stained and lightly pitted. The scabbard is good as is the blade. It is generally considered that this pattern of bayonet with a brass mounted scabbard instead of the more usually steel mounts was destined for service in India. Post cost will be twelve pounds and you must be over 18 years of age to buy this weapon.
