English Antique Gilt Wood Daybed by Miles & Edwards.
This early 19th century antique daybed is just beautiful elegance, made by the London Makers Miles & Edwards around 1835, they supplied prestigious clients such as the Empress of Russia and were well known for their chintz upholstered antique furniture.
This lovely antique daybed has four original, gilt wood legs and are finished in great quality brass cup castors.
Stamped into a leg are the serial numbers, 11793.
This comfortable anique daybed has been newly upholstered by us in a French grey linen fabric.
A very good quality antique daybed/ chaise longue by the Oxford Street makers Miles & Edwards.
