This a pair of super dark and somber portraits by Grimsby artist Byron Bauckham. Both show men smoking, a continental gent smoking a pipe and a very visually appealing gent in a top hat with a cigarette. Bauckham was a Grimsby based jobbing artist and sign writer. Both paintings are beautifully signed and dated to the reverse and offered in their original gilt frames. Each painting is 21.5cm x 16.5cm and the frames are 30cm x 25cm.

Condition:
The condition is good. Both painting are dark and would benefit from a clean. The surface is quite reflective so please forgive some of the photos. The frames are a little tatty with some losses.
We have a 14 day return policy. We accept returns if item is not as described or generally you are not happy with the item, buyer to pay return postage. Full refund of purchase price on safe return minus postage costs. This is only available within 14 days of receipt of the item.
