English Silver Plated Biscuit Box - Atkin Brothers Antique English Silver %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
A truly exquisite box made from English silver plate or EPNS (Electro-Plated Nickel Silver) and made by one of the finest English silversmith's, Atkin Brothers.

The box has an integral pierced or reticulated tray supported by four original ball and claw feet. The engraved decoration is wonderful with an elaborate engraved floral garland running around the circumference.

Excellent condition and dating to around 1890. The maximum diameter measuring 7 1/4" and standing 6" tall.
