A good quality English timepiece by Elliott & Co London with a French Escapement. This piece has a solid light mahogany case with brass fittings throughout. The dial is decorated with brass cherub spandrels to the corners of the engraved silvered face. The dial is marked An Elliott Clock and Made in England. The antique clock base is stamped 2983 (model Reference) and 0664 indicating that it was made in June 1964. The clock has it's original mechanical movement which is fully working.
