Ercol introduced the Love Seat dining bench / settee – Model 349 - in the 1956 catalogue comprising a gently curved back rail supported on 13 turned spindles piercing the shaped elm seat, raised on the stretchered turned legs.

This Model 450 is the later version Ercol introduced in 1960 with 19 spindles, still light weight and retaining the original beautiful finish, this completely original bench / settee is in immaculate condition and includes a piped, deep blue seat pad, although Ercol’s shaped seat is actually very comfortable and can be used without the cushion.
