A fabulous coffee can and saucer in the Travel pattern featuring a hot air balloon to the inside. Designed by Eric Ravilious for Wedgwood in the 1930's and only first issued in the early 1950's. In great condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines, crazing or damage to the pattern. A couple of tiny underglaze firing specks and dark glaze spots, shown in photos 2,3 & 4. Saucer perfect. and stamped '53' White marks are camera flash.
