For sale today we have this superb vase by the Martin Brothers pottery. Of flattened bottle form, the vase is sgraffito decorated with 2 similar but slightly different foliate designs. One side has tall wild flowers with a Butterfly and Dragonfly, whilst the other has Bullrushes with insects. Both are superbly executed. 18.5cm tall x 7cm across. Inscribed to the base- Martin Bros, London & Southall. Circa 1900 We are experienced dealers in mid to high end ceramics, metalware and other items.
