Figured Walnut Open Bookcase
A fabulous open bookcase in figured walnut. With nice curved edges this is a well-made and attractive item, circa 1930s. The interior has been painted in a light green colour. The shelves are adjustable and are fitted on brass shelf supports.
We have given this a good wax polish and it does retain the marks and charm of character and age. The edges are ebonised and the walnut has a wonderful grain and colour. The back has a good quality panel construction.
