This superb and beautiful 19th C. French Kingwood writing table features a single top drawer and a serpentine design, with tulip wood cross banded decoration. The table is supported on lovely shaped cabriole legs with highly ornate ormolu mounts and an old leather writing surface. The table measures 32 in – 81.3 cm wide, 20 in – 50.8 cm deep and 28 ¾ in – 73 cm in height. This table would make a wonderful feature or decorators piece for many different rooms in a variety of styles. Thomas Crabb Antiques was founded in 1979 and is run by Stephen Roy Thomas.
