A very fine hall chair by Lamb of Manchester decorated with a castellated toprail , chamfer , dowel and stylised cut out decoration ( reminiscent of Christopher Dresser designs ) . Also features a fully stencilled mark under the seat : J Lamb , John Dalton Street , Manchester . This was the address of their showrooms .
