A very decorative and unusual Moorish style Damascus display cabinet. Profusely inlaid throughout with mosaic concentric bone marquetry with angled sides and a single glazed door above 2 inlaid doors. The top having a shaped upstand above the moulded cornice and frieze. The door opens to reveal a shelved interior and has a working lock with key, below the 2 panelled doors offer storage space. This cabinet would have taken many hundreds or hours to create by very skilled craftsmen. Condition - Very good and original. Dimensions:- Height…81’’/ 206cm. Width…42.5’’/ 108cm. Depth…16’’/ 41cm.
