A very good quality and well proportioned bracket antique clock . It has a rich, figured walnut case with a pagoda top, mounted by cast ormolu corner finials. The arch top door has caryatid sides and further mounted adornnments. The brass dial has a silvered chapter ring with gilded spandrels. It has an 8 day ting tang movement that sounds the 1/4's on two gongs. The movement is tamped " Lenzkirch 22292", which can be dated to 1899.
