Fine William IV Ridgway Porcelain Tea Plate 2/6219

A pretty porcelain tea / cake serving plate by Ridgway in the "Imperial" shape with a shaped rim and moulded detail to each side of a thistle and shamrock framing a central rose. A pale grey ground to the edge and finely painted garden flowers with gilt foliage and starburst to the centre. Marked with pattern number 2/6219 in red, c.1835.
It measures 25.2cm (9 7/8") by 23.5cm (9 1/4") wide and 3cm (1 7/8") high.
In very good condition with no damage or repair and minor gilt wear mainly in the centre from stacking. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque. If you prefer to pay by Stripe please go to our website where we offer that option and additionally options to "Pay in 30 days" and to pay in 3 instalments, all securely supported.
