Designed in 1963 by Finn Juhl for France and Daverkosen (France and Son) and produced by CADO (two chairs still bearing the CADO label). Originally designed as part of a Board Room, meeting or conference set, hence the rather generous sized seats (approx. 28”/70cm wide) which are now more appropriate as a dining room set.
This original set of six mahogany and black leather chairs have distinctively shaped armrests and overall show minimal signs of wear commensurate with light use and the incised mahogany frames – two of which have evidence of minor repair at some point - continue to be sound and the black leather is in exceptionally good, virtually un-marked condition throughout.
