Pretty late 18th century Worcester coffee cup and saucer with a spiral fluted waisted shape painted with small purple and gilt sprigs with gilded rims and decoration down the handle. The saucer has an incised B mark, the cup in unmarked, c.1795.

The cup measures 6.5cm (2 1/2") high, 9cm (3 1/2") rim to handle and 6.5cm (2 1/2") rim to rim. The saucer measures 13.5cm (5 7/8") wide and 3cm (1 1/8") high. Condition is very good there is a small chip to the foot rim of the saucer. No other damage or restoration. Surface wear is minimal. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
