A superb French rosewood fold-over top card, or games, table. Of fine construction in solid rosewood and with attractive rosewood veneers onto a mahogany frame. Decorated throughout with fine floral marquetry inlay in boxwood, satinwood and mahogany. The table is further embellished with solid brass banding and mounts. It stands on four elegant turned and fluted legs. The shaped rectangular top rotates and folds open to reveal the playing surface fitted with a green baise. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops and now offered for sale with a wonderful colour and patina. In excellent overall condition and ready to go straight into the home.
