In 1934 Foley and Clarice Cliff were asked to produce a range of wares for the Harrods Art in Industry Exhibition. Notable names such as Paul Nash, Duncan Grant, Graham Sutherland, Gordon Forsyth, Ben Nicholson and Vanessa Bell all produced designs. This plate is by the eminent ship artist John Everett.
