Here we have a wonderful naive oil dated 1802. The name appears to be F P Readbrow and not as stated on the rear Radbrow it is dated 1802. I presume it was rehoused in this frame c1913 as the literature on the rear would suggest. It is an image of the Halfway House Inn Kensington London W8 which was demolished in 1846. There are several images of this infamous pub and it is mentioned in Jane Austins London (bottom of the page) as a look out for Highwaymen. See links below
