A magnificent carved Four Poster bed, the dentil moulded cornice with beaded edging above the 4 tapering barley twist posts with richly carved balisters - the side rails enriched with trailing flowers. The head-board lavishly carved with pierced spalts of scroll-crested flowers and foilage alternated with turned spindles below arched top rope-twist moulding, surmounted by an armorial pediment incorporating a lion and unicorn within a mas of scrolling foilage and floral forms. The foot of the bed composed of a row of intricately carved spindles below a barley-twist rail.
