A lovely and extremely rare bachelor Tea for One set, designed by Freda Beardmore for the 1934 Art in Industry and Harrods exhibitions. Both Clarice Cliff and Foley provided ceramics for the exhibition by notable artists of the day including Paul Nash, Laura Knight, Vanessa Bell and Graham Sutherland.
Freda Beardmore headed the project for Foley. All pieces are in immaculate condition and ring perfectly when tapped.
