Ooh La La! - What a gorgeous piece this is! - Substantial, made in France and dating c. 1940's it is a very special piece. The highly fashionable Paris lady, complete with her parasol, the wonderful piece set beneath a convex cover, is handmade and includes material, lace and fine artistic painting - just stunning!. It is signed Madline, Measuring just under 2" inch long to the oval, it is a good size, set in a brass frame and stamped to the rear "Depose" Made in Paris France, a simple barrel catch is present to the rear - a superb period piece sure to delight!
