A French Carved Oak Throne Chair and Monks Bench, carved with sleeping dogs

This is a very unusual piece, the high back Wainscot Chair has an upholstered panel and when in the Seat position you can see the superbly carved hand rests on the Arms of the Chair, it has a solid seat and other wise simple lines
When the back of the Chair is tipped over into the table position it reveals an attractive inlaid fruit wood top
The Chair is 57” high at the back, 25” wide and 27” deep, the seat height is 18”, as a Table the Monks Bench is 42” long x 26” wide and 30” high
