French Infantry Officers sabre circa 1800. Note there is scabbard with this sword. Has an oxidised brass stirrup hilt with a one piece walnut chequered grip. Curved, single edged blade engraved with trophies of arms and floral swags. Has heavy wear overall with some pitting to the end of the blade but in solid condition.

Approximately 83cm overall and blade 70cm.
