An absolutely stunning original antique French bijouterie table. This was made in France and dates from around the 1860-1880 period.

The quality is amazing, its made from solid and veneered rosewood and has profuse satin wood inlays on the top. There are fine quality gilt bronze mounts all over & even the key is beautifully designed in gilt metal. This is finished on all sides so is designed to be free standing in the middle of a room. The original glass top is thick & bevelled, which is another telling sign of the amazing quality on display. The red velvet lining has faded slightly to a dusty pink, but it is in great condition with no damage and only some light wear.

We have just had this French polished & it is in excellent condition for its age.
