A splendid French mahogany brass inlaid bookcase. In the Directoire style. Very good construction in solid mahogany with flame mahogany veneers onto a solid oak carcas. Embellished throughout with brass moldings and inlay. With a set of 3 doors (lockable, key supplied) which open to access a shelved interior giving generous display capacity. The doors are flanked by pilasters inset with brass flutings. Offered for sale in very good original condition, with a good great colour and patina, ready to go straight into the home. Please note that the 3 shelves are later replacements.
