A fine looking french Napoleon lll period white marble mantle antique clock mounted with a fine quality gilt bronze cherub with books .the case with gilt bronze decoration and silver plated bezel the white enamelled face with black Roman numerals with a eight day twin cylinder escapement pendulum movement with bell striking the hour and half hour .The movement is in good serviceable working order and is stamped Vincenti a well known clockmaker and is stamped for the silver medal 1855
There is a crack to the glazed rear door and very minor crack to the dial between 12 and 1 numerals neither distracting or affecting the clock
