French Marble Top Faux Bamboo Dressing Table
Very decorative French marble top and cherrywood faux bamboo dressing table, circa 1880.
Great size for a dressing table and good storage with the two drawers and under shelf, but also would work very well as a server or console table.
Originally, there was a large shelved up stand on the top, but that has been removed so there are some light traces of where that was, but nothing of any concern and well blended into the original Carrara marble.
Measuring:
82 cm high
131 cm wide
55 cm deep
65.5 cm kneehole height from the floor
19.5 cm high lower shelf space
7.3 cm high drawers Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
